In today's busy lifestyle such traditional breakfast like the Idly are often deemed complicated by the millennials and are replaced by ready to eat cereal. Well , we got you covered on your nutrition. Enter Ready ! Cook Idly Batter , now you can easily prepare and enjoy soft steamy idly. Open the Ready ! Cook Idly Batter and Transfer to a large mixing bowl and gradually add salt and whisk to mix well. The consistency should be coarse.

Grease the idli stand with oil and take a ladleful of batter and fill the idli mould. Add ½ cup of water in the idli steamer and let it boil. Put the idli stand inside and close the lid. Let the steam build for 8-10 minutes before switching off the gas



Once the idlies are cooked , cool them slightly. Dip a spoon in water and using this spoon loosen the sides of Idly and demould them. Keep aside. Repeat with the remaining batter to make more idlies. Serve the idlies hot with sambhar or any chutney .
